An Albuquerque Native, Nate graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Marketing. He grew up in a Real Estate family and began working with RE/MAX in 2010. Nate is committed to providing his clients with the finest professional service available through a no-pressure, individualized approach. Nate's hobbies are primarily spent outdoors from mountain biking to hunting and has completed several Ironman triathlons. He also plays guitar and co-wrote the theme song for the "New Mexico True" Tourism Campaign which was heard on TV & Radio Commercials around the nation.

Audra Iversen is our Transaction and Client Care Manager and part-time buyer agent. She is very detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and is committed to giving the best possible care while managing each closing transaction. Audra's responsibilities include working with the title and mortgage companies to generate title work, surveys, flood zone certifications, loan progress reports and appraisals. Audra also orders all the inspections and manages the repairs, then generates written update reports to keep our clients appraised on the progress of their closing. Always, Audra's goal is to provide excellent customer service so each client has an enjoyable and pressure-free experience. Born and raised in the Land of Enchantment, Audra enjoys the outdoors and is blessed to be able to ride horseback along the Rio Grande. She homeschools her son, Eli.
